1、 Ordinary (slow cooling) spheroidizing annealing, slow cooling is suitable for most steel grades, especially when the furnace loading is large, the operation is convenient, but the production cycle is long; 2、 Isothermal spheroidizing annealing is applicable to most steel types, especially those difficult to spheroidize and those with high spheroidizing quality requirements (such as rolling bearing steel); Its production cycle is shorter than ordinary spheroidizing annealing, but it needs a furnace that can control the cooling rate before eutectoid transformation; 3、 Periodic spheroidizing annealing is applicable to steel with lamellar pearlite structure. Its production cycle is also shorter than that of ordinary spheroidizing annealing.
